Hagelschuer industrial boilers are not off-the-shelf products; we manufacture each one individually. Our steam and hot-water boilers are precisely tailored to the customer’s requirements. To achieve this, we adapt every system module and all peripheral equipment to your exact production process.
Every week, a new Hagelschuer steam or hot-water boiler system is commissioned. Our steam solutions are more customised, faster and more efficient.

On-site consultation
Our local partner will advise you on site and, in cooperation with Hagelschuer, develop the right system concept for your application, using suitable technology to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Planning and engineering
Hagelschuer and our local partner are responsible for the complete planning and engineering of the system. We generally supply the boiler system as a TÜV-approved assembly with CE marking for the entire system.
Installation / Commissioning
Our local partner specialises in installing and commissioning steam boilers. They are your direct contact and service provider—from the initial consultation to regular inspections.
Technical service
On-site servicing and highly available wear and spare parts are provided directly by our local partner. Additional services include inspecting the complete system technology, recurring tests of safety-related equipment under a service agreement, burner maintenance, and water-treatment servicing.

As an advanced systems provider covering every aspect of steam supply, we have continuously expanded our range of services since our company was founded in 1991. Today, our family-owned company employs 95 people across two locations and is a reliable, responsive supplier of stationary and mobile steam and hot-water boilers, as well as Germany’s largest provider of rental boilers.
Our experienced local European (S)TEAM partners complement our services and provide everything related to steam and hot water—directly on site.
